a compulsive habitual liar. Kenny cannot be trusted in in the
company of small children or cattle for the perverse nature of
his sexual tendencies. He has been given chance after chance in
his native community, only to prove himself untrustworthy and
incompetent time after time. In 2000, Kenny was rumored to have
been incarcerated for grand theft auto only to have been
released again and he is currently at large. He is and has
always been the sworn enemy of Stevo and Ed.
